Do I need to validate my information before I make a withdrawal?

Prior to the processing of any withdrawals, including Bitcoin, as per the Credit Card Transaction Processing Agreement, you will need to submit a Credit Card Verification Form (CCVF) for each credit card you’ve used to fund your account. For more information, visit our ‘Forms & Agreements’ at the bottom of the website.
