Dr. Mad has the sort of theme that knows exactly what it is doing. You get a bright, buzzing lab, colorful flasks, odd little gadgets, and a scientist who looks one bad idea away from proving everybody right. It is playful, slightly chaotic, and easy to settle into. The 5x3 setup with 10 paylines keeps the base game simple, which is a good call here because the main feature does not need much help getting attention.

That feature is where the game starts to stretch out. If a Wild lands on reel 2, 3, or 4, that full reel turns Wild and stays in place while the other reels Respin. If another qualifying Wild lands, the same process continues. That gives the Slot a nice way of building pressure one step at a time instead of dropping everything into a single quick hit. Add the two-way line wins, and Dr. Mad ends up feeling easy to follow while still leaving room for a little mayhem.
