Saturday Divisional Round Games

Atlanta Falcons (-3) vs. Philadelphia Eagles

  • The Falcons are the most heavily bet team this weekend at Bovada with the Eagles missing their starting QB, Carson Wentz. So how do I write the rest of this objectively without obviously trying to induce Philadelphia action? 28-3, though.

Tennessee Titans vs. New England Patriots (-14)

  • The Patriots are an impressive 9-1 ATS in their last 10 games as favorites, with three of the covers coming as double-digit chalk.
  • The Titans were lucky to get this far, coming off an in-game 15/1 Live Moneyline win. It might save jobs for next season, but that’s about as much as one can expect here.

Sunday Divisional Round Games

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Pittsburgh Steelers (-7.5)

  • The Steelers are 5-0 straight up and 5-0 ATS as a home playoff favorite under Mike Tomlin.
  • The Jaguars' defense has been impressive this year but can their offense hold up? Bortles had a strong December but will need to find more consistency this weekend.

New Orleans Saints vs. Minnesota Vikings (-4)

  • The Vikings! Pat Morrow rarely reveals his fandom but he is a Packers fan. And it has been frustrating to watch the Vikings defence this year - because they crush it. But the Saints, despite travelling north, will be fortunate enough to be playing indoors. They may not win, but they're likely to keep it close.
