Bovada - Poker Software Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing any issue with the Bovada Poker software, you may attempt the trouble-shooting steps below to resolve the issue on your own.
For Windows Users
1. Close the Poker software.
2. In the Windows search bar, enter %appdata% and select the AppData file folder that pops up
3. You may not be able to see the AppData folder, if so you need to enable 'Hidden items'
- Open File Explorer
- Click on view and place a tick on 'Hidden items' box
- Locate the folder AppData\Roaming
4. Locate folder bovada-lv-poker* and delete it.
5. Reopen the Bovada Poker software and log back in.
For Mac Users
1. Close the Poker software.
2. Open Finder, click Go -> Go to Folder
3. Enter ~/Library/Application Support -> Click Go
4. Delete the folder bovada-lv-poker.*
5. Reopen the Bovada Poker software and log back in.
*Do NOT delete the Bovada folder
