I receive a System Error message when I attempt to place my wagers
At times there may be circumstances out of your control that can result in your inability to place a wager in our Sportsbook.
We work tirelessly to limit these situations from happening and will often alert players with a blue banner at the top of the Sportsbook if we are encountering such issues; however, our players can sometimes be the first to let us know when an issue is occurring.
When an issue occurs that we have not yet identified ourselves, you may be presented with the following error message in the Bet Slip:
A system error has occurred. Please consult our Help Center for more information. Sorry for the inconvenience.
So that’s why you’re here, but what does it mean?
This message could be triggered for a few reasons, typically related to your selections and the communication between your PC or mobile device and our backend systems.
So that’s what it is, but what do I do now?
It’s likely we’re already aware of this issue and are hard at work resolving it. However, if you don’t see us identify the issue with a blue banner in the Sportsbook or if you continue to experience the same issue after multiple attempts, please feel to reach out to us.
