I forgot my password

Reset your password in no time by following the steps below:

1. Click here if you forgot your password. Or, start by clicking ‘Login’ at the top of the page.  

2. From the Login window, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ at the bottom. 

3. Enter your registered email address and date of birth, then click ‘SEND’.  An email will arrive in your inbox momentarily, (check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes).

4. Once you’ve received the email, click on the link provided and you’ll be asked to create a new password. Please ensure your password is no less than 8 characters long, contains at least one number, and at least one capital letter.

Tips for selecting a strong password:

• Make passwords as long as possible.
• Use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols
• Don’t use names, pet names, birthdays or other personal information.
• Avoid using the same password for everything you do!
