I forgot my password

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

For optimal use, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome for all activity at Bovada
When requesting a password reset email to be sent, please ensure:
- You are entering the email address registered to your Bovada account
- The date of birth you enter is identical to what you have registered in your account
Check your spam or junk-mail folder in the event your filters prevent the email from landing in your inbox.

1. Click here if you forgot your password. Or start by clicking ‘Login’ at the top of the page.

2. From the Login window, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ at the bottom.

3. Enter your registered email address and date of birth, then click ‘SEND’. An email will arrive in your inbox momentarily (check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes).

4. Once you’ve received the email, click on the link provided and you’ll be asked to create a new password. Please ensure your password is no less than 8 characters long, contains at least one number, and at least one capital letter.

Tips for selecting a strong password:

Make passwords as long as possible.
Use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols
Don’t use names, pet names, birthdays or other personal information.
Avoid using the same password for everything you do!
