It’s going to be a disappointing Sunday for at least one of the teams playing at AT&T Stadium in Arlington. The Dallas Cowboys (8-6 SU, 7-6-1 ATS) host the Seattle Seahawks (8-6 SU, 5-8-1 ATS) at 4:25 PM ET on FOX, in a must-win situation for both clubs; even with a victory, their chances of nailing down the second NFC Wild Card berth are slim. Dallas has the edge as 5-point home favorites on the NFL odds board, with running back Ezekiel Elliott back in uniform after serving his six-game suspension.
Here are four more games with playoff implications on the Week 16 NFL lines, all times Eastern:
Saturday: Indianapolis Colts at Baltimore Ravens (4:30 PM, NFLN)
The Ravens (8-6 SU, 8-5-1 ATS) currently hold the No. 7 spot in the AFC, but they’re in good shape to make the playoffs with an easy game against the Indianapolis Colts (3-11 SU, 6-8 ATS). Baltimore is the biggest favorite on the Week 16 NFL lines at –14, with a low total of 41 on what should be a rainy day at M&T Bank Stadium.
Sunday: Miami Dolphins at Kansas City Chiefs (1 PM, CBS)
The Dolphins (6-8 SU, 5-7-2 ATS) have just a glimmer of hope for a Wild Card, while Kansas City (8-6 SU and ATS) can clinch the AFC West with a victory at Arrowhead. The Chiefs are 10.5-point favorites on the football lines, and the total is 43.5 with sunny skies and cold weather in the forecast.
Sunday: Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints (1 PM, FOX)
While the Falcons (9-5 SU, 6-8 ATS) enter Week 16 as the third-place team in the NFC South, they can win the division by running the table – starting with Sunday’s game against the first-place Saints (10-4 SU, 8-6 ATS). It’s a tough assignment with New Orleans laying 6 points at the Superdome.
Monday: Oakland Raiders at Philadelphia Eagles (8:30 PM, ESPN)
The Raiders (6-8 SU, 4-8-2 ATS) could be eliminated from the playoffs by the time they appear on Monday Night Football. They need a Christmas miracle – and they need to beat Philadelphia (12-2 SU, 10-4 ATS) as a 9-point road dog with a total of 47.5. Expect clear skies and temperatures just below freezing at The Linc.
