The Super Bowl is by far the biggest game on the sports betting calendar – and parlays are about as much fun as you can have betting on sports. However, if you want to make a Super Bowl parlay for this year’s game (6:30 PM ET, FOX) you’re restricted to two choices: the spread and the total, or the moneyline and the total. These “2-team” parlays are a great way to get the most value out of the Super Bowl odds at Bovada Sportsbook. But if you’re looking to hit the jackpot, you need to combine more than just two bets to maximize your potential payday.

Good thing there are other sports beside football. Because Super Bowl Sunday has become such a global phenomenon, the NBA, NHL and just about every other active league want to get a piece of that pie. They’ll be playing games this Sunday, too, and you can combine any of those straight bets (spread, moneyline and total) with the Big Game into one giant Super Bowl 54 cross-sport parlay. The more picks you get right, the bigger your payout will be – but you have to nail all of your picks, otherwise the entire parlay loses. Here are five games scheduled for February 2 from five different sports on the odds board here at Bovada:

Top Five Most Interesting Games for Your Super Bowl Cross-Sport Parlay

1. NBA: New Orleans Hornets at Houston Rockets (2 PM ET, ABC)

Thanks to the arrival of Zion Williamson, the Hornets have become a hot commodity on the NBA odds list. The former Duke Blue Devil has already made a big splash as a pro; Williamson will be in the spotlight again this Sunday when New Orleans visits the Rockets, who have a pair of former league MVPs in James Harden and Russell Westbrook. These are two of the fastest teams in the league, so it should be a worthwhile opening act for the Big Game.

2. NCAAB: No. 19 Illinois Fighting Illini at No. 18 Iowa Hawkeyes (1 PM ET, FS1)

After the Super Bowl is done, bettors will turn their attention to March Madness, but you can get a jump on the competition by adding this Top-25 matchup to your Super Bowl LIV betting odds. The Big Ten has been the best of the 32 Division I conferences thus far, with six ranked teams at press time. Illinois (15-5 SU, 10-8-1 ATS) went into Thursday’s action tied at 7-2 for the best record in the Big Ten, one game ahead of Iowa (15-5 SU, 12-5-3 ATS) at 6-3, although the Hawkeyes look like the better team on paper.

3. NHL: Pittsburgh Penguins at Washington Capitals (12:30 PM ET, NBC)

Hockey is known for its classic rivalries, but the signature battle on today’s post-lockout NHL odds board is Sidney Crosby and the Penguins versus Alex Ovechkin and the Capitals. These are the top two teams in the Metropolitan Division, with Washington sitting at No. 1 in the overall league standings. This will be the first of four regular-season games between the two teams, and each one will have that playoff intensity sports fans crave. As a bonus, the Penguins have an intriguing new goaltender in Tristan Jarry who leads the league (along with Darcy Kuemper) with a .929 save percentage.

4. EPL: Manchester City at Tottenham Hotspur (11:30 AM ET)

Yes, Liverpool are running away with the English Premier League title, but the other top teams are fighting for a spot in the Champions League, and this marquee matchup between the reigning champions from Manchester City and José Mourinho’s Spurs shouldn’t disappoint. This will also be their first match following the close of January’s transfer window, and our first chance to see whatever changes they’ve made on the pitch.

5. Cricket: Warriors at Cape Cobras (3 PM ET)

For the ultimate in cross-sport parlays, try putting this 2019-20 Momentum One Day Cup match in your combo bet. This is the leading one-day cricket competition in South Africa. The Warriors finished last year’s six-team tournament in third place, one spot ahead of Cape Cobras. Sunday will be the opening match of this year’s tourney for both sides, and Cape Cobras are the –145 favorites at press time. You’ll find all these games and more at Bovada Sportsbook, so keep hitting the Refresh button for the latest odds, and enjoy the Big Game.
